Morning All ...........very foggy on the way to work, although saying that could have been because I woke up at silly o'clock of 3.30 and tossed and turned for the rest of the time.
Hopefully get to leave at 4 today - plan to head to the gym and tire myself out so I sleep like a log tonight. That's the plan anyway winks

Morning all!!! Way too early for me... had to get up with the birds to do Ancient Greek homework that daughter chose not to enlighten me about at the beginning of the weekend - she has been seriously reprimanded for stressing me out with last minute homework, I've spent a lifetime of doing it myself and I don't need her to follow in her mum's footsteps.

It's official btw, I am the sanest in my household - besides my sleepwalking kids, I had the oddest midnight conversation with Karl last night...

Karl out of the blue: they're making baskets...
Me: Huh????? who's making baskets?????
Karl: the people....
Me: Why are the people making baskets?
Karl: for drinking straws...!
Me: Dead silence with twilight zone music going through my head.

Of course he has no recollection of this.

It's official btw, I am the sanest in my household - besides my sleepwalking kids, I had the oddest midnight conversation with Karl last night....

How does anyone get any sleep in your house?

Woke up way toooooo early 6:00am and I am not working today!! How annoying is that. I have found a dentist who will take me onto their books, now all I have to do is persuade them to finish off the crowning job the bad dentist started, me thinks not, but it's worth asking. Seriously considering taking out a loan to pay to have it done privately - tee hee.

Have you noticed that it's staying lighter at the end of the day for longer, but it's still very dark until 7.30am, or is it me?

Sleep? Tossed and turned all night. On a good night my family could jump repeatedly on my head and I wouldn't know any different. Was here at my computer by 3am...

Good morning. It is surprisingly mild here today, so there was no ice-scraping for me this morning.

Hubby flew to Barcelona last night, and will only be home on Friday... :(

My best friend had her baby this monring just before 5 am. Her waters broke on Friday, so it has been one hell of a weekend for her!! I am dying to meet her baby today!

This Monday is going goodish. The new dentist will finish the job off. I have to go to the dental hospital to have root canal done, mmmm my favourite - but then back to the surgery for the crown. Oh joy. Formulating the complaint and leaving you letter to my old dentist as we speak.

Had an adventure coming home. It would seem my usual bus has had a change of route - weyhey - why are we going this way.. oh ok, get off the bus and just walk. Must bear that in mind next time I am down that way.

And now, to the supermarket to fight and cuss my way around the shop and queue for ages at the till.

Evening Everyone

laughw Natz.... I sleep talk. But my older sister sleep walks and does the oddest things!! One morning, she woke up and went into the kitchen to find she had shredded two cabbages and all the shreds were on the floor!! So she used a sharp knife in her sleep!! She was also a swimmer and one night my Mom heard her and luckily found her just as she was about to dive off the end of her bed!! She never remembers any of these things... Looks spooky coz her eyes are open when she is walking around in her sleep... :roflw

Bokkie, I've noticed that... I leave for work/school at 7.50am (its a very regimented morning we have) and it's still dark! And I dislike it. Still 8 weeks and 5 days until clocks go forward (or maybe it's 9 weeks and I'm getting over excited!)

My ex used to sleep walk when stressed. Not sure if some people can remember me saying that twice I found him outside in the road and I had to find ways of keeping him in at night. One suggestion was vaseline on the door handle laughw. What was scary though was when he was at boarding school he "walked" out of the window and was on the 2nd story, luckily for him he only broke his ankle. Just realised it was lucky for him but unlucky for me .........laughw:cool
