Ok so I dunno if one has already been poseted (a bit on the lazy side to go and have a look if I am honest! That and my fingures are freezing) BUT i have just made baileys cream for xmas and it was AWESOME!!!

Although having said that it is magic stuff, coz it kept making holes in the bottom of what ever I put it in! SUCKS when you are forced to consume a HUGE amount of Baileys at a quick pace.....

    SO...

    1lt Sterilised Milk
    2 tin condensed Milk
500ml vanilla icecream (½ the tube really)
Whiskey to taiste (I used ½ jack and that is only coz I dont really do whiskey very well)
    Coffe to taiste

Mix well, put in a two lt bottle and drink in a lady like manner....

If you dont have a 2 lt bottle, stick a straw in the mixer and SUCK!!!

Default 5 minute chocolate mug cake

    4 tablespoons flour
    4 tablespoons sugar
    2 tablespoons cocoa
    1 egg
    3 tablespoons milk
    3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional) A small splash of vanilla
    extract
    1 large coffee mug

Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well.
Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.
Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract, and mix again.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts.

The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!
Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.
EAT! (this can serve 2 if you want to feel slightly more virtuous).
I'll do almost anything for a rep

    beans baby

two tin s of whatever beans you like, I normally go with borlotti beans, there like 30p a tin

    two tins of tomatoes

2 carrot , 1 onion, 2 celery, loads of garlic

just chop the carrot, onion, celery, garlic as fine as you can do it. blender works fine if u lazy

fry that in decent amount of olive oil for about 10 min, add salt pepper bit of chilli, mayby some oregano whatever you like

I know 10 min feels like a long time and you gotta keep stirring to make it doesnt burn but that 10 min is the secret, makes all the difference

chuck in a glass of white or red wine, let it boil away then just throw in the tomatoe and beans

let it cook slow for about 2 hours with lid on, keep adding water if it gets to dry

while thats cooking I normally boil some brown rice and mung beans together in the same pot for about 40 -50 min

throw some fresh basil in the tomato beans when its cooked and your good to go

fills you up and its the cheapest tastiest food you gonna find

Not sure whether to kiss you or kick you right now bokkie. To prevent Karl and I eating an arm off this evening we tried this... without the egg and just added a bit more milk instead - because I swore there was one egg parked in the fridge once... a while ago... but it was too late to backtrack once we got going.

Very ugly-looking, but very tasty - you saved an arm, but may have given us an easy addiction for the next time we need to save an arm.

How clever of the cake to turn out tasty without an egg... so sorry Ama, but it had to be posted - for those emergency moments. So glad someone has given it a try. One day, one fine day I will get into the kitchen and give baking a go.
