Anyone own a Vauxhall/opel Frontera

and own a Haynes or similar manual? i need the settings for a the below...

set the camshaft up as there's no markings, also torque settings for the fly wheel, mains, big ends and crankshaft pulley

Eish, Vauxhall conjures up dodgy thoughts here.

We have just had this problem with our Vectra, it took 3 weeks without a car for the mechanic to figure it out... we have avoided the £600 charge for the new part in the interim, but not holding our breath.

What year and engine model are we talking about. I don't have an Opel /Vauxhall but do have Cd's with spec's.
